30-Year Fixed Rate Dive Overnight!

30 Year fixed rates were down again on Friday to 5.57 percent. The 15 year fixed rate slid to 5.11 percent and the 1 year adjustable rate was down at 5.38 percent. These mortgage rates and figures are according to www.Bankrate.com.
