$8,000 For First Time Home Buyers in Phoenix Arizona!

If you are buying a home in the Phoenix Valley you could be eligible for an $8,000 tax refund!

First time home buyers in Arizona can claim a credit worth $8,000 - or 10% of the homes value whichever is less on their 2008 or 2009 taxes.

Who qualifies as a first time buyer of residential real estate?  You can qualify as a first time home buyer if...you are buying your first home, or if you have not owned a home in the last three year
