1.      If you are a first time home buyer in Phoenix, Arizona or have not owned a home within the last three years you may be eligible for an $8,000 tax refund in 2009!

2.      You must make this first time home purchase of a primary residence between January 1, 2009 and December 1, 2009 (the closing date must fall between this time period).

3.      The first time home buyer must also stay in the home for at least three years.
