Is 2009 A Good Time To Buy Real Estate in the Phoenix Valley?
In case you didn't listen to the news in 2008...the Phoenix real estate sky is falling down.
Or at least that is what you would have to believe if you didn't have more information.
If you are considering buying real estate now in the Phoenix Valley...here are a few things to consider.
1. Phoenix is still the fastest growing metropolitan area in the US. 9,000 people move to Arizona from California alone every month!
2. Interest rates are at historic lows. Basically, they can't go any lower than they are right now...take advantage of it!
3. You get to buy from VERY motivated Sellers! The homes that are selling in this market look great and are priced well below their competition!
4. Inventory levels are changing. The number of homes for sale on the market and getting smaller and the number of people buyer are growing. Home prices are like everything else they are controlled by supply and demand. As supply continues to fall demand will start to move the prices up again. Don't let this time pass you by.
5. There are still a lot of foreign buyers in the market. Canadians have always like Arizona. In our real estate downturn they have been a constant source of buyers and they are not slowing down...because they know that the opportunity to get homes in the Phoenix Valley at these prices will not last and will soon be gone.
For these reasons, now is a great time to buy real estate. If you are interested or know someone else that is please do not hesitate to take advantage of this market, and Call Me!
