Looking For A Home On A Golf Course In The Phoenix Valley?
In the last week I have worked with two different clients that have come to The Phoenix Valley to buy golf course real estate.
One family flew down from Seattle, and the other came to the Valley of the Sun from Canada. Both came to the Phoenix area because of our great weather and the incredible buyer's market we have right now in the Phoenix real estate market.
When I got the phone call from both of these clients one of the first things they said to me was "we want to buy a home on a golf course and we want to start looking in Scottsdale."
I set them up on my real estate market watch program where they are emailed every new listing that comes on the market and fits their criteria...like being on a golf course lot in Scottsdale.
There are a lot of great reasons to buy real estate in Scottsdale, or other parts of the Phoenix Valley. If you are looking to buy a home on a golf course where is it almost always sunny...now is the time to do it!
Just remember in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area we have great weather, great people, and great golf courses!

Yes, there are some homes for sale right now where their lot is on both a golf course and lake.
