A few minutes ago I was watching Good Morning America...and once again one of their lead stories was about how many foreclosures are happening and how bad the real estate market is.
In the Phoenix Valley we have a down real estate market.
However, in a down real estate market...there are a lot of options for great real estate investments.
Weather you are looking to buy a home for yourself or as a real estate investment, there are some great real estate bargains for sale right now.
One of the best real estate bargains you can find are banked owned real estate, which is sometimes refereed to as REO (Real Estate Owned).
When you buy an REO property you get to use the standard Arizona real estate contract which protects the buyer (almost more than the seller), you have all the finance options you want, and you get to have your 10 day inspection period...where you can back out of the deal for any reason.

When you buy a bank owned property or an REO property in Arizona...you can get a bargain price for it with out taking on any extra risks.
Which is why I say...if you are looking for a real estate bargain in Phoenix or Carefree...ask me to send you REO listings in those areas!
