Canadians Buying Arizona Real Estate
How many places can we expect to look in one or two days?
This is a great question. When I am working with home buyers that live in the Phoenix Valley I will always tell them that we should never look at more than six homes at a time. However, when a client of mine comes to Arizona specifically to buy a house I change that a little bit.
Even when my clients come to the Phoenix Valley specifically to buy a house and only have a limited amount of time I have found that looking at more than 10 homes in one day is usually a waste of time. Looking for a home to buy is mentally draining. For most people if they look at more than 10 homes in one day everything starts to blur together and nothing really stands out.
