Step 12 When Buying A Home In Phoenix, Arizona
Step 12 in the Phoenix Valley home buying process is to sign loan documents three days before the close of escrow!
In the standard Arizona Real Estate contract you can conduct your final walk through three days before the close of escrow. Once you have done your final walk through and have found everything in the home to be the way it should be...it is time for step 12!
You and I will schedule a time to do the final walk through and a time to sign your loan documents at the title company three days before your Phoenix Valley homes closes escrow.
It will take about 30 minutes to do the final walk through and about one hour to sign all of your loan papers at the title and escrow company.
At this point in buying your home the transaction is not over, and I have seen deals fall apart even after both parties have signed their final closing documents, but usually at this point you are out of the woods.
You will have three days to wait until step 13, which is having the transaction fund and record.
