Step 13 When Buying A Home In The Phoenix Arizona Area!
There are 13 steps you have to go through when buying a home in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area. To recap these steps they are:
-
Talk with your Realtor...Me!
-
Talk with a lender
-
Begin house hunting
-
Compare houses
-
Make an offer with earnest money deposit
-
Open Escrow
-
Submit accepted contract to lender and monitor loan process
-
Home inspections
-
Negotiate repairs
-
Pack & schedule utilities
-
Final walk through
-
Sign Loan Documents three days prior to close of escrow date
The 13th step in buying a home in Phoenix is actually to wait. After signing the loan documents you wait for the loan to fund, and then for the title company to record the purchase with Maricopa County's recorders office.
Once the loan has funded and the deed has recorded, you are the owner of the real estate you have chosen to purchase.
The final part of the 13th step is for you and I to meet up...and I will give you the keys to your new home!
Buying a home in the Phoenix Valley can be a stressful and exhilarating process! Arizona real estate is still a great investment, and now is a great time to buy!
