Tired Of Long Cold Winters? Buy A House In The Phoenix Valley!
Last weekend I held an open house in Las Brisas which is a part of the Scottsdale Ranch community.
Unlike a lot of open houses, this one was busy. There were couple coming in to see the house about every 5 to 10 minutes. Las Brisas in Scottsdale Ranch is of course a great place to own real estate.
There were a few local people that come through the house I was selling. One couple was looking to downsize from their palatial estate Paradise Valley, and another couple lived in Gainey Ranch. However, almost all of the couples that came through my open house in Scottsdale Ranch were from Canada, the mid-west, or New York.
I have always known that people from cold climates like buying winter homes in Scottsdale, but I was surprised to see how many of them were in town and actively looking.
It is a perfect time for Canadians to buy real estate in the Scottsdale/ Phoenix area. With the dollar exchange rate Canadians have and the buyer's market Scottsdale and Phoenix are currently experiencing...it is the opportunity of a life time!
Over the last couple of weeks I have received numerous email from Canadian clients of mine who either want to buy their first Arizona winter home, or Canadian clients looking for a great investment property!
However you look at it the Scottsdale Ranch community is a great place to have a winter home. It is easy to meet other if you want to, but there is no pressure to do so if you like your privacy. The golf course, lake, and mountain view all make Scottsdale Ranch a desired location!
