To Sell Your House In A Declining Market...You Must Price Your Home Right!

Phoenix, Scottsdale and Mesa real estate markets are declining!  If you want to sell your home in a declining market it is vital to keep you home priced right!
When you are selling your home in a buyers market like the one we are experiencing in the Phoenix Valley time is not your friend.  Once your home has been on the market for 21 days...it has lost its "honeymoon period." 
To sell your home you must price it at tomorrows market price, not yesterday's. 
Seller's hate to lower the list price on their home...but the increasing time your home is on the market directly reflects a lower selling price.
One of the reasons why you must stay ahead of the market in a declining market is because buyer's feel like if they wait a little longer...they will get a better price.  You as the seller need to present them with something that they can not walk away from!  A house that looks great and is priced great!
